Born in 1972, Dr. Qingfeng Pang graduated from Xuzhou Medical College with a degree in Clinical Medicine in 1994. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Nanjing Medical University in 2008. Currently, he is the Director of the Pathophysiology Department at Wuxi Medical School, Jiangnan University. He also serves as an executive director of the Jiangsu Society of Pathophysiology and is a leading academic figure in Jiangsu Province. Dr. Pang is an expert reviewer for several academic institutions, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Ministry of Education's Dissertation Review Network. His main research directions include: Prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases in premature infants Prevention and treatment of radiation-induced lung injury Prevention and treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome induced by sepsis Over the past three years, Dr. Pang has led a National Natural Science Foundation project and his team members have received three youth fund projects from the National Natural Science Foundation, one Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation project, two China Postdoctoral Science Foundation projects, and one Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Youth Fund project. He has published 17 SCI papers and received the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Sichuan Medical Association in 2019 (second place). |
